PD26 - Double Sided Puzzles

So now that we have our upgraded cricut and I can safely cut thicker materials, I am testing out puzzles on chipboard. Of course I can't take it one step at a time, I want a little more challenge so I'm trying it with stickers on both sides. I'm doing Hipster Gnome on one side and Whimsical Sea on the other in a rectangular format vs square. I wanted to keep some of the elements that were getting cropped off on the square puzzles and differentiate the chipboard from the magnet puzzles.
First one I tried matte on one side and glossy on the reverse. This was handy in recognizing which puzzle you're working on assembling, however I am not satisfied with the cut quality on the matte (lots of burrs).
Second one, I didn't have the cutlines layered enough so it didn't cut all the way through. Art looked great. Need to work on centering both sides.
Third one, I fixed the cutlines and getting closer on the lining up. Next run I'm going to try the cricut at a thicker setting to see if it gives a cleaner cut. This passes but could be better. More tests when I get more time.
